Massage Therapist
A Massage Therapist is responsible for providing relaxation or treating body pain and discomfort through physical touch and moving a client’s muscles. Their duties include meeting with clients to determine the type of massage they needs, creating a relaxing ambiance in their office and kneading or rubbing muscles to release tension.

Perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
Provide consistent treatments in accordance with spa protocols.
Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product.
Have a complete knowledge of services and products offered.
Educate and inform guests on what could be best for them.
Perform prep work and regular cleaning to ensure the best guest and work experience.
Maintain positive experiences that leave guests feeling restored and balanced.

Current Licensed Massage Therapist in Michigan
Must Be At Least 21 Years Old
Participate & Engage With Training Materials
Prior Experience Working In A Spa Setting Is Preferred
Possess An Aptitude To Work Without Direct Supervision
Reliable and on-time.
Listens and understands their guests needs.
Attentive, focused, and passionate about their work.
Possess an aptitude to work without direct supervision.
Depth of knowledge in wellness and spa treatments.
Organized and can manage their time well.
