• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner

• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service

• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products

• Take ownership of the bar area to ensure memorable guest experiences

• Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, cider and soft drinks

• Cleaning and maintaining the bar area

• Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent, memorable guest experiences

• Any other job tasks that may be assigned

• Front line experience serving beverages in a fast paced environment

• 2 years of experience as a Bartender preferred

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons and evenings

• Creative and passionate about customer service

• Extensive knowledge in wines and beers

• Have a passion for the beverage service industry

• Innate ability to connect with guests and teammates through beverage service

• Able to work in a high-pressure environment

• Wage: From $15 per hour (plus gratuity)

• Most earn between: $25 - $30 per hour

• Full-time (year-round)

• Evening shift
