Hotel Lobby Barista
As a Hotel Lobby Barista, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring each encounter brings guest satisfaction and a positive and excellent guest experience. As Barista, you would also be required to have extensive coffee knowledge of menu offerings.

Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
Prepares coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as espresso, latte, and cappuccino
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies for coffee bar
Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance
Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations
Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or challenges
Ensure coffee orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
Ensure compliance of Hotel brand standards
Comply with company security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Practice standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
To perform any other duties as assigned

Wage: From $15 per hour (plus gratuity)
Most earn between: $20 - $30 per hour
