Guest Attendant
The Guest Attendant assists guests with a variety of different needs to ensure satisfaction. While not attending to guest requests, they help the housekeeping team clean, organize, and address the public areas.

Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the operation
Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service in responding promptly to guests’ needs
Committed to making every guest is satisfied
Meets or exceeds guest satisfaction measures
Ensures hotel standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service
Implements and practices guest service initiatives and performs to Hotel Standards
Vacuum carpet, sweep floors
Interact with guests and reply to any guest request
Putting stock away
Folding and keeping the laundry room organized
Helping housekeepers fill their carts and getting supplies they need
Helping housekeeper’s clean rooms

Interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good time management and organizational skills
Conflict resolution experience
Patience and good listening skills
Ability to read and speak English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
Ability to effectively communicate with employees, guests and supervisors

Wage: From $12 per hour (plus gratuity)
Full-time (part-time non-summer)
Day or Evening shift
