Toast Hospitality is committed to strengthening our local communities through charitable giving. We are particularly passionate about supporting nonprofit organizations that address children’s education, the outdoors, health, food insecurity, and the arts.

We request that all donations be submitted a minimum of 60 days prior to your event date. Please know that we receive many applications and do our best to contact you as soon as possible. Our goal is to review these requests 6-8 weeks from the date of submission. You will be contacted by email with a decision.

If your request is not chosen this year, we encourage you to reapply for the next calendar year series. Please limit applications to once per year.

Our philanthropy options include Hotel Stay Certificates, Restaurant Gift Cards, and Bentwood Tavern Give Back Dinners.

  • Hotel Certificates are available for either The Harbor Grand Hotel or Marina Grand Resort and are redeemable for a midweek, one-night stay, September through May. Other restrictions and black-out dates apply.

  • Restaurant Gift Cards are available for Bentwood Tavern and Terrace Room.

  • Bentwood Tavern Give Back Dinners offer beneficiaries an opportunity to gain awareness and support by hosting a weeknight dine-in event January through April. We help you promote your event and donate half of all food and beverage revenue from the night to your organization. To date, over $130,000 has been awarded.
